The cableScout team is back from GITEX in Dubai. Our stand was very well attended and there was great interest in our software systems cableScout, cSmobile and cSmonitoring.
Many discussions showed that our systems are key to solving numerous challenges faced by network operators in the operation of their fibre optic infrastructure. With cableScout solutions, for example, the time taken to locate a fault (MTTD) and repair damage (MTTR) can be reduced by up to 90%. This helps to avoid SLA penalties, increase customer satisfaction and prevent customer churn. In addition, unnecessary investments – caused by a lack of knowledge about available resources and capacities – can be reduced by up to 75%. Overall, the information provided by cableScout enables savings that can easily run into the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
