Network Planner Fiber Optic (m/f/d)

We, JO Software Engineering GmbH, are a family-run software company with more than 30 years of experience in the field of communications engineering. Our fiber management software cableScout is used by several hundreds of network operators in more than 20 countries for documentation, planning and management of fiber networks. In order to be able to continue to provide good support to our steadily growing customer base, we are looking for a dedicated fiber network planner (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about working with software and who can provide advice and support to our international cableScout users.

Your profile

  • Completed training or studies in the field of telecommunications engineering or comparable
  • Sound knowledge of fiber optic technology and, if applicable, FTTH technology
  • Good communication skills
  • Fun in teaching other people something
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel to a moderate extent

Your roles

  • Support of customers in the use of cableScout®.
  • Supporting customers in the creation of network documentation
  • Testing new cableScout® features and functions
