The Swiss AEW Energie AG was looking for a suitable cable and fiber management software that could efficiently manage the fiber optic network, including the circuitry and pipe system. Above all, the new software should optimally support the processes of customer inquiries, troubleshooting and network planning and offer advantages in terms of administrative effort. The cableScout solution was able to convince in all required points and will serve AEW well in the future as a central management solution.
