The municipal utility of Kassel (Germany) are currently expanding their optical fiber network with the goal to provide fiber access for every single household. The so far used software system was not capable of handling the expansion and the maintenance of this modern network. For this reason, the utility decided to purchase cableScout in order to be equipped with a system that provides all functionalities in order to manage the network thorough and efficient.
