Thanks to a well thought-out hygiene concept that was strictly adhered to, this year’s Gitex technology trade fair was able to take place as planned from December 6-10, despite the ongoing covid pandemic. As the only German exhibitor, we endeavored to represent the Federal Republic of Germany as a high-tech location in a worthy manner. The fiber management software cableScout and the fiber monitoring system consisting of the software cSmonitoring and the ADVA ALM OTDR, which we presented, were as usual very well received by the technically experienced visitors. We were especially pleased about the visit of the German Consul General in Dubai Mr. Mahnicke and his team.
